SOP of the Program

The Carysil Limited (Carysil), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Scholarship Program is our way of spawning the future generation of transformational leaders. Carysil recognizes education as a building block of any nation and consider it as priority area for CSR activities. The aim is to nurture young minds and educate them, so that they can contribute to the nation’s development.

This is an initiative of Carysil Limited through the CSR activities to offer financial assistance to the eligible meritorious students and specially-abled students.

Objective:

• Providing education to population from socially, physically and economically disadvantaged communities.
• Providing a variety of scholarship programs, which range from providing opportunities to low income group families.
• Aims at providing financial support to students to enable them to emerge as young professionals in the future.

Committee:

Application Screening and Verification Committee:

This committee will screen the total applications received. The document verification and family income verification and physical verification will be done by this committee. Applications fitting all the criteria will be shortlisted for personal interview with CSR committee. The committee members are

The Ashwanila Charitable Trust CSR committee:

This committee will conduct final personal interviews of the shortlisted eligible applicants and finalize candidates and amount of the scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Student should apply for the current FY e for the next FY 2025-26
• Student studying in college /schools located within Bhavnagar are eligible to apply. Native students of Bhavnagar who want to study in any colleges across India can also apply.
• Student should have secured at least 85% in their 10th – 12th
• Only one (1) child from same family can
• The scholarship is open for all eligible boys and girls

The student fit to above mentioned “eligible criteria” can apply on the link mentioned in the QR code on the scholarship flyer along with below listed documents.

1. Scholarship Application Form duly filled up
2. Aadhaar Card
3. Markheets of 10th or 12th Standard
4. Copy of Passbook or Cheque
5. Copy of Fee Receipt
6. Copy of Hostel Fee Receipt
7. Income Certificate from or Form: 16 from employer in case of salaried parents
8. School Leaving Certificate
9. School Bonafide Certificate
10. Certificate of disability (if applicable)
11. Other certificates

Process to get Scholarship:

The scholarship is tenable for the entire duration of the selected course. The scholarship amount is awarded on an annual basis which continues until the completion of the course.

The continuation of the scholarship is subject to satisfactory performance of the student 

In case, a student fails in any term or subject or gets rusticated/debarred/expelled from the institute/college/university, the scholarship shall be discontinued.

Steps for applying for scholarship:

1. Scan QR code displayed on the scholarship flyer
2. Read the instructions and eligibility criteria for scholarship
3. Download application form from the website
4. Duly fill up the application form and submission of form along with proofs in physical copy to Carysil Limited, Survey 312, Bhavnagar-Rajkot Highway, Navagam, Vartej, Gujarat 364060 with “APPLICATION FOR SCHOLARSHIP” written on the cover.

Carysil Limited (Carysil) કોર્પોરેટ સોશિયલ રિસ્પોન્સિબિલિટી (CSR) શિષ્યવૃત્તિ કાર્યક્રમ એ પરિવર્તનશીલ ભાવિ પેઢીને નવઘડતર આપવાની અમારી રીત છે. Carysil શિક્ષણને રાષ્ટ્રના નિર્માણ પાયા તરીકે ઓળખે છે અને તેને CSR પ્રવૃત્તિઓ માટે પ્રાથમિકતા તરીકે માને છે. તેનો ઉદ્દેશ્ય યુવા પ્રોત્સાહન આપી અને તેમને શિક્ષિત કરવાનો છે જેથી તેઓ દેશના વિકાસમાં મહત્વનું યોગદાન આપી શકે.

આ CSR પ્રવૃત્તિઓ દ્વારા કેરીસિલ લિમિટેડ જે વંચિત વિશેષ-દિવ્યાંગ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ અને અનાથ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને પાત્રતા ધરાવતા તેજસ્વી વિદ્યાર્થીઓને નાણાકીય સહાય પ્રદાન કરશે.

ઉદ્દેશ્ય:

• સામાજિક શારીરિક અને આર્થિક રીતે વંચિત સમુદાય અને વંચિત યોગ્ય વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ને શિક્ષણ પૂરું પાડવું.
• વિવિધ શિષ્યવૃત્તિ કાર્યક્રમો નું આયોજન કરી જે ઓછી આવક જૂથના પરિવારોને યોગ્ય તકો પૂરી પાડવી.
• વિદ્યાર્થીઓને ભવિષ્યમાં યુવા વ્યાવસાયિકો તરીકે ઉભરી આવવા સક્ષમ બનાવવા માટે તેમને નાણાકીય સહાય પૂરી પાડવી

સમિતિ:

એપ્લિકેશન સ્ક્રિનિંગ અને વેરિફિકેશન કમિટી:

આ સમિતિ પ્રાપ્ત થયેલી કુલ અરજીઓની તપાસ કરશે. દસ્તાવેજની ચકાસણી અને કુટુંબની આવકની ચકાસણી અને ભૌતિક ચકાસણી આ સમિતિ દ્વારા કરવામાં આવશે. તમામ માપદંડોને અનુરૂપ અરજીઓને CSR સમિતિ સાથે વ્યક્તિગત ઇન્ટરવ્યુ માટે શોર્ટલિસ્ટ કરવામાં આવશે.

અશ્વનિલા ચેરિટેબલ ટ્રસ્ટ CSR સમિતિ:

આ સમિતિ શોર્ટલિસ્ટેડ પાત્રતા ધરાવતા અરજદારોના અંતિમ વ્યક્તિગત ઇન્ટરવ્યુ લેશે અને ઉમેદવારો અને શિષ્યવૃત્તિની રકમને અંતિમ રૂપ આપશે.

યોગ્યતાના માપદંડો:

• વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ વર્તમાન નાણાકીય વર્ષ માટે એટલે કે આગામી નાણાકીય વર્ષ 2024-25 માટે અરજી કરવી જોઈએ.
• ભાવનગરમાં આવેલી કોલેજ/શાળાઓમાં અભ્યાસ કરતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ અરજી કરવા પાત્રતા ધરાવે છે. ભાવનગરના મૂળ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ કે જેઓ ભારતભરની કોઈપણ કોલેજમાં અભ્યાસ કરવા માંગતા હોય તેઓએ પણ અરજી કરવા લાયકાત ધરાવે છે.
• વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ તેમના 10મા – 12મા ધોરણમાં ઓછામાં ઓછા 85% મેળવ્યા હોવા જોઈએ.
• એક જ પરિવારમાંથી માત્ર એક (1) બાળક અરજી કરી શકે છે.
• શિષ્યવૃત્તિ યોગ્ય પાત્રતા છોકરાઓ અને છોકરીઓ બંને માટે ખુલ્લી છે.

ઉપરોક્ત “પાત્રતા ના માપદંડો” માટે યોગ્ય વિદ્યાર્થી નીચે દર્શાવેલ સૂચિબદ્ધ દસ્તાવેજો સાથે શિષ્યવૃત્તિ જાહેરાત પરના QR કોડમાં દર્શાવેલ લિંક પર અરજી કરી શકે છે:

1. શિષ્યવૃત્તિનું અરજી ફોર્મ (યોગ્ય રીતે ભરેલું)
2. આધાર કાર્ડ
3. 10મા કે 12મા ધોરણની માર્કશીટ
4. પાસબુક અથવા ચેકની નકલ
5. ફી રસીદની નકલ
6. હોસ્ટેલ ફીની રસીદની નકલ
7. સરકાર તરફથી આવકનું પ્રમાણપત્ર. અથવા ફોર્મ: પગારદાર માતાપિતાના કિસ્સામાં એમ્પ્લોયર તરફથી ફોર્મ નં.16
8. શાળા છોડવાનું પ્રમાણપત્ર
9. શાળા બોનાફાઇડ પ્રમાણપત્ર
10. દિવ્યાંગ હોવાનું પ્રમાણપત્ર (જો લાગુ હોય તો)
11. અન્ય પ્રમાણપત્રો

શિષ્યવૃત્તિ મેળવવા માટેની પ્રક્રિયા:

શિષ્યવૃત્તિ પસંદ કરેલ અભ્યાસક્રમની સમગ્ર અવધિ માટે યોગ્ય છે. શિષ્યવૃત્તિની રકમ વાર્ષિક ધોરણે આપવામાં આવશે. જે અભ્યાસક્રમ પૂર્ણ થાય ત્યાં સુધી ચાલુ રહે છે. શિષ્યવૃત્તિ ચાલુ રાખવી એ વિદ્યાર્થીની સંતોષકારક કામગીરીને આધીન છે. જો કોઈ વિદ્યાર્થી કોઈપણ મુદત કે વિષયમાં નાપાસ થાય અથવા સ્થા/કોલેજ/યુનિવર્સિટીમાંથી અવ્યવસ્થિત/નિષ્ક્રિય/નિકાલ કરવામાં આવે તો શિષ્યવૃત્તિ બંધ કરવામાં આવશે.
